SonEtch is a ScalerWorks product for capturing voice notes, transcribing them with Whisper AI, and managing jobs and credits on the web.

Email support@scalerworks.com with your Google account email, a short description of the issue, and any job or order identifiers you have. We do not provide phone support.
Jobs, credits, and sign-in
The dashboard for transcription jobs and credits is at https://sonetch.scalerworks.com. Use Log in in the top-right of this site, or go directly to https://sonetch.scalerworks.com/loginPage. Sign in with the same Google account you use in the mobile app.
